Do you remember the first time you ate chocolate cake, tempting chocolate puddings, chocolate eclair's, mouthwatering cupcakes and tasty souffle's ?? I do. I was about five or six years old and their was a nice bakery of Uncle Sam in my town; I remember the chocolate cream oozing out of the pastries and the temptation of getting a bite of the puddings. I remember me and all my friends looking forward to visit the bakery for any reason whatsoever .
And later when I grew up, got married to an army officer, I was astonished to know that husband also had a sweet tooth. This encouraged me to start making puddings, cakes and chocolates on my own.
After numerous humorous trials and passage of time I became better and better at baking followed by sincere appreciations, but that was not enough, I wanted more, and so, with the encouragement from my husband and kids I started a business of puddings, snacks and designer cakes under the brand name of EXOTICA, followed by a chocolate brand named CHOCOLIKA .
CHOCOLIKA is a blog which is whole heatedly dedicated to the world of chocolate and if you read this blog you will probably end up loving chocolates .
My aim is to create something extraordinary. Delightful truffles with flavours like coffee caramel, orange cinnamon, strawberry kisses and la-caramel are some of the signature flavors. The ingredients in these chocolates are always fresh and natural to ensure that the results will impress you.
